Job Description

Office Coordinators handle routine office work, administrative tasks, and assist with planning community events.

Responsibilities

Greets and establishes rapport with guests, residents, and prospective residents. Prepares and distributes resident communications, collects fees, maintains records, performs administrative tasks, schedules rentals, assists with marketing materials, and more.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years administrative experience, fluency in English and Spanish, 6 months experience using Yardi, and property management office experience.
