Join Bridgeway as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals dealing with mental health or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

Be a role model for individuals in recovery
Develop partnerships with community groups/agencies
Provide education and training on mental health and substance use
Offer recovery education to service recipients
Assist participants in setting recovery goals

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of two years of substance use recovery
IL Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS)
Personal recovery experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
