Monitor, categorize, analyze, respond to, and report on customer inquiries, issues, and comments regarding NYC Transit Subways and Buses.
Determine best responses to resolve customer issues and provide accurate and timely replies.
Analyze customer data and develop reports on customer feedback to identify trends and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Strong verbal, written, research, and interpersonal communication skills.
