Job Description

Join our campus team as a Shift Supervisor overseeing the activities of associates during specific shifts while ensuring policy and procedure compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance and reward/discipline accordingly.
Prepare production or sales reports.
Act as contact person for employee complaints or requests.
Mentor and encourage employee growth.

Qualifications

Food Handler's Certificate.
TABC Certification.
Previous catering experience.
Willingness to learn.
