Job Description

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives and teams
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communications
  • Handle incoming email correspondence and prioritize responses, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and organizational tools to ensure easy access to important documents
  • Process invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with budgeting tasks
  • Collaborate with different teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Manage phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate team members and providing general office assistance
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by senior leadership
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or additional certifications in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools and project management software
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
