Job Description

Lead the organization?s digital analytics strategy, develop reporting architecture, and optimize insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization?s digital analytics strategy: identify key metrics, KPI?s and develop reporting architecture to optimize insights and drive business growth.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and data recaps that clearly communicate actionable insights through storytelling to influence strategy.
  • Present data-driven recommendations cross-functionally to drive clear, efficient, and accountable decision making.
  • Ensure that all DTC projects have consistent and reliable data monitoring, reporting, and management.
  • Continually audit the sites, monitor activity, analyze performance, identify areas of opportunity, and provide data driven strategies to improve KPI?s and drive CRO.
  • Identify and validate data sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
  • Define data standards and best practices to support accurate and actionable insights.
  • Partner with IT to advocate for brand needs in the development and prioritization of the technical roadmap.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytics processes and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts: provide guidance, set objectives, and ensure professional development and effective collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams, as well as managing complex analytics projects.
  • Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and to influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Skilled at presenting data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools and techniques to design data representation and build compelling stories using tools such as Looker and PowerBI.
  • Experience with enterprise data & analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience within a direct-to-consumer retail is required.
