Job Description

Join Nickelodeon Animation Studio as an Animation Recruiter! You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, collaborating with studio support teams, and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive recruitment efforts
Collaborate with Studio Support Teams and Production Leadership
Provide attention to detail, follow up, and follow through
Partner with Artist Management to present candidates
Oversee onboarding and background check process
Anticipate hiring needs for productions
Participate in outreach efforts to strengthen brand and network
Build professional relationships with industry networks
Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-6 years of Animation/Entertainment recruiting experience
Ability to evaluate candidate portfolios and technical qualifications
Experience with databases and applicant tracking systems
Airtable experience is a plus
Ability to travel for industry events and recruiting opportunities
