Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a Senior Accountant specializing in Capital & Fixed Assets. You will play a crucial role in managing accounting for over $4 billion of Fixed Assets and Software, ensuring accurate asset accounting and partnering with Operations for new capital projects.

Responsibilities

Responsible for timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual close deliverables
Drive process improvements and analyze capital projects
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Tax departments
Monitor key controls for compliance with US GAAP and NBCUniversal Fixed Asset Policy

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in Controllership or Accounting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite products

Desired Characteristics:

Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, CPA a plus
Experience with financial systems like SAP/AOE/BPC preferred
