Job Description

Join us as a Warehouse Supervisor in Waukesha, WI, where you'll lead a dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, high-impact warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and provide feedback to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
Oversee the movement of goods, ensuring seamless incoming and outgoing shipments, organized inventory, and efficient warehouse operations.
Plan and manage production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain detailed records for performance tracking.
Monitor warehouse activities, including sales, purchasing, and inventory management, to ensure product availability and operational success.
Generate and share reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in warehouse or logistics leadership roles.
Technical Know-How: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong conflict management abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in varying environments, from cold storage (-20°F) to dry storage (100°F), while using company-provided protective gear.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
