Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Payroll Analyst with advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of payroll tax and garnishments.

Responsibilities

Research unclaimed property claims and follow up on repayments
Maintain records of uncashed checks and overpayments
Update employee information and ensure re-issuance of outstanding payments
Assist with payroll hotline inquiries and employee issues
Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
5+ years of payroll analyst experience
Strong organization and time management skills
Advanced Excel skills; Oracle experience preferred
