Job Description

The Senior Warehouse Associate (Planner) at Cardinal Health is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role involves maintaining inventory, driving efficient picking and replenishment, monitoring quality metrics, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy by managing product holds, movements, and physical returns
Drive efficient picking and replenishment by profiling products for best slotting
Monitor quality and productivity metrics and communicate with internal departments
Investigate and resolve outbound and inbound discrepancies
Place purchasing orders and track deliveries
Identify opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks
Provide guidance to team members and assist in warehouse audits

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; Some college preferred
2-4 years of warehouse experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and WMS
Good written communication skills
MHE experience preferred
