Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
Schedule and oversee warehouse staff.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Receive and record new inventory.
Conduct physical inventory and reconcile any differences.
Replenish stock and inventory as needed.
Ensure correct storage of stock.
Transfer inventory to trucks for delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to increase efficiency.
Monitor expenditures and safety policies.
Resolve routine equipment issues.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business or related field required.
At least six months of distribution or manufacturing experience required.
Valid driver's license.
Forklift operation Certification preferred.
