Job Description

The Delivery Logistics Manager oversees all Fooda delivery operations in the northeast region, managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership to the logistics team, and building relationships with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and support logistics team and day-to-day operations
Ensure best variety and value to consumers
Proactively communicate with clients and Account Managers
Train delivery drivers and improve processes
Provide regular reporting insights to Upper Management

Qualifications

5+ years of management and client-facing experience
Effective project management skills
Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Proactive in issue identification and conflict resolution
