Job Description

Join Vallen as a Payroll Specialist I with Canadian experience required. You will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the full payroll cycle within Vallen, ensuring compliance across different Canadian provinces.

Responsibilities

Administers & processes bi-weekly payroll including loading & auditing hours, processing incentives, calculating checks, and more.
Maintains and updates time systems.
Prepare year-end employee tax slips and government filings.
Assist with areas of improvement in the payroll process.

Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree preferred in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Payroll/HR Shared Services environment.
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
Current Canadian Payroll Association certification.
