Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a growing team and drive revenue in the sports industry. This role requires hands-on leadership and a metrics-driven approach to sales.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15 sales professionals (BDRs & AEs).

Drive performance for shorter sales cycles and hit aggressive revenue targets.

Actively participate in prospecting and closing deals.

Build and refine sales processes while maintaining a sharp eye for details.

Track and report on KPIs for a metrics-driven approach.

Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales management experience.

Proven success managing teams focused on short sales cycles.

Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.

Highly accountable and focused on driving results.

Perks & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000-$200,000.

Bonuses up to $150,000-$200,000 (Total target earnings of $300,000-$400,000+).
