Job Description

The Team Leader provides daily direction to associates within the warehouse department. Responsibilities include merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

Supports achievement of Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage, and Payroll Goals.
Prepares to-do lists and task lists.
Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams.
Ensures a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Coordinates training, interviewing, and performance appraisals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 4 years of Retail Sales experience
Supervisory experience is a plus
