Job Description

Acacia Network is seeking a Medical Director-LCDS to provide clinical leadership, direction, and coordination in the provision of patient/client medical care and physician services. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Medical Officer in long-range strategic planning and Quality Performance Improvement programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and review medical policies related to patient care
Lead clinical providers group in establishing clinical policies and practice standards
Coordinate provider scheduling, coverage, evaluation, and training
Participate in regulatory agency site visits
Ensure compliance of medical staff with rules, regulations, and policies

Qualifications

Medical degree and valid license to practice
Proven experience in clinical leadership
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
