Join General Plumbing Supply as a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator in Piscataway, NJ. Be part of a dynamic team supporting 500+ employees in NJ and NY.

Responsibilities

  • Own the new hire onboarding process from job offer through to new hire orientation and training.
  • Provide answers for employee inquiries relating to HR and Payroll.
  • Administer DOT programs including annual MVR review & random CDL drug testing.
  • Manage personnel files and assist on other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Paycom helpful.
  • Familiarity with NJ & NY labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
