Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in Nampa, ID. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing using our Point of Sale (POS) system
Manager order statuses, proactively communicating any delays
Generate and manage backorders for out-of-stock products, providing timely updates
Keep customers informed about order statuses and any changes, fostering transparency and trust
Address and resolve logistical issues, working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Proven experience in a logistics coordination or a related field
Proficient in dispatching operations, ensuring efficient coordination and communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience using POS systems and inventory tracking software
