Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to lead with clarity, initiative, and strong relationship-building skills. This role focuses on driving efficiency in logistics and distribution functions while managing relationships with carriers and service providers.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and refine operational logistics policies, processes, and procedures.
Serve as the primary representative and relationship manager with carriers and service providers.
Negotiate small parcel rates with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Mail Innovations.
Collaborate closely with department managers and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Supervise direct reports and provide guidance to staff as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing shipping vendor relationships and contracts.
Background in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
Associate’s degree required.
Demonstrated experience in regulatory and shipping compliance.
