Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee importing, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, warehouse staff, logistics, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with overseas manufacturers for timely production and shipment of furniture.
Oversee import logistics, including customs clearance, duties, and tariffs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement tracking systems.
Develop quality control standards for products and conduct inspections.
Supervise warehouse operations, safety, and order processing logistics.
Monitor operational costs, identify bottlenecks, and lead team development.

Qualifications

3+ years of operations, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience.
Strong understanding of inventory control, warehousing best practices, and freight logistics.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, WMS, and international supply chains.
Problem-solving skills, cost reduction focus, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, inventory management, and supply chain.
