Job Description

TownTasks is currently seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team in New York City.

Responsibilities

Be expected to see 20-35 patients/day
Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the physician
Able to care for adult patients as well as pediatric patients
Evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs
Records physical findings
Formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's condition
Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment
Refers patients to Physicians for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
Able to maintain medical records with ICD code

Qualifications

Licensed with board-eligible or certified
1+ year of experience preferred but not required
Must be able to speak English and Chinese fluently (bilingual)
Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
