Responsibilities

Act as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, delivering world-class service to all customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring satisfaction
Process orders and enter data into the order entry system during phone interactions
Track customer packages and complete other assigned duties

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment
Ability to meet work-from-home guidelines and expectations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of computer systems and capability to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance
