Responsibilities

Provide supervisory support by managing shift attendance, call-offs, and open shift messages
Support team members in providing ADL care and services to residents
Encourage personalized resident participation in life enrichment programs
Assist with meal service in dining room and coach team members on hospitality standards

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, residents, and family members
Previous experience working with seniors desired
Leadership competencies and good judgment skills
