Responsibilities

In partnership with the Store Manager, lead a customer-first selling culture. Analyze business trends, recruit and retain a high-performance team, maintain a safe work environment, and execute daily business tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in specialty retail. Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and show excellent customer experience behaviors.
