Responsibilities

Oversee payroll processing for North America
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Manage payroll systems and software
Supervise payroll specialist
Resolve payroll issues and inquiries
Conduct audits and reporting
Improve payroll processes

Qualifications

7+ years experience in multi-state payroll processing
Previous team management experience
Knowledge of ADP Global view and ADP Workforce Now
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
