Job Description

The CRM Administrator will support and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) platform, focusing on Sales and Customer Service modules. This role involves system maintenance, data entry processes enforcement, and collaboration with internal users to optimize CRM functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day system operations and ensure data integrity.
  • Enforce CRM entry processes to maintain high-quality, reliable data.
  • Provide first-line user support and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate reporting requests and track progress.
  • Train new employees on CRM usage and develop user-friendly documentation.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing CRM enhancements.
  • Support integrations between D365 CE and D365 F&O.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience with CRM maintenance, user support, and process enforcement.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, particularly with D365 F&O.
