The Enhancement Manager oversees landscape projects for maintenance customers and construction project punch outs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
1. Drive project schedule to meet deadlines and communicate progress with Account Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager.
2. Plan each project based on the awarded proposal, working with Account Manager, plant buyer, and subcontractors.
3. Supervise and coordinate all work performed, ensuring quality exceeds client's standards.
4. Manage material purchases and buyouts for all projects under your management.
5. Read and interpret landscape plans for installations.
1. Previous experience in landscaping or related field.

3. Knowledge of plant materials and landscaping techniques.
