Job Description

Spring Health is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to support core HR compliance initiatives and provide Tier 1 and 2 employee support. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and empathy.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain a portfolio of global and regional people policies.
Support compliance-focused projects and lead annual audits.
Manage conflict of interest disclosure and review processes.
Provide responsive employee support via HR service system.
Process HR transactions and escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

2+ years of HR or compliance experience.
Prior experience with employee handbook administration.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
