Job Description

Join our team at Well Bred, the Healthy Pet Marketplace and Gentle Grooming Salon as a 2nd Manager. We are looking for someone passionate about dogs and cats to help us grow our business and sales while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsible for store sales and meeting growth goals
Become a product and nutrition expert for dogs and cats
Provide outstanding customer service
Organize and participate in store events
Mentor and train employees
Manage store operations and grooming salon
Work 45 hours per week on average

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of people management experience
Proven experience in growing sales
Hands-on leadership style
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in retail or restaurant management
