Job Description

Novolex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics to support production and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Manage product forecasting, shipping, sourcing, and scheduling to support sales and operational goals.
Lead capacity planning for production lines to ensure targets are met.
Supervise warehouse employees for high performance and safety.
Implement new product development logistics and system requirements.
Establish and enforce warehouse policies aligned with customer needs.
Provide leadership in customer service and transportation logistics.
Develop warehouse plans to improve inventory flow and storage efficiency.
Collaborate on policy and procedural development for quality and cost efficiency.
Analyze inventory trends and optimize delivery strategies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards.
Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant business experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.
Experience in managing and developing warehouse teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Analytical ability for logistics and inventory optimization.
