The Managing Director of HR Services leads the human resources program for an organization with over 12,000 employees across 11 regions in 4 states. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and expertise in human resources field, including policy development, employee relations, investigations, strategic design and execution, and legal/regulatory compliance at the national and regional levels.
Lead organization-wide strategic initiatives with impact to all-staff, cross-functional teams that support reduced risk, improved systems, and fiscally sound operations. Directly manage all regional HR Directors, develop regional staff to fulfill vision while meeting regional needs, and collaborate across the Human Assets and HR team to drive progress in retention.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred. At least 8 years of experience in Human Capital and HR, with 3 years in management. Strong business partnership, collaboration, communication, and strategic mindset skills required.
