Job Description

Join a growing company in the IT Applications Department to support the day-to-day operations and maintain Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) application. Lead complex technology projects and provide guidance to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and development teams to write technical documentation
Review, analyze, modify, and execute change request test plans
Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues
Provide consultation on integrated business applications processes
Lead and direct work effort of vendors
Research, recommend, and implement emerging technologies
Communicate best practices and participate in continuous improvement
Develop effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and others
Provide support by working escalated incidents as part of the IT Help Desk

Qualifications

4 Year STEM Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience
Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and related languages
Advanced understanding of relational databases and client-server concepts
Firm grasp of business processes and systems linkage
Good working knowledge of PC, Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Outlook
