Job Description

Join Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc. as a Thrift Store Sales Specialist and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly.
Support donors and direct them to the donation drop-off area.
Restock merchandise on the sales floor following visual standards.
Promote Goodwill's Rewards and Round-Up programs.
Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Enforce store policies and safety guidelines.
Operate the register and monitor store entry.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
