Job Description

Responsible for creating and managing estimates in the commercial and industrial space as part of the pre-mitigation and preconstruction estimating team.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate & timely estimates using estimating software such as Xactimate or Symbility
Perform job walkthroughs and create damage assessments
Create project documentation identifying building conditions and damage extent
Work on multiple large projects simultaneously

Qualifications

4-6 years of related experience
Proficient in Xactimate
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of restoration and reconstruction field
Experience with large-scale project estimating
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Valid Driver's License
Flexible to travel
