TownTasks is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical providers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring leaders, actively source candidates, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with hiring leaders on hiring needs for the market and provide guidance on all stages of the hiring process to deliver on outcomes
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Actively source new candidates through various channels such as referrals, social media platforms, job boards, and college relations
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications and skills for clinical roles
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and advancements in clinical recruiting best practices
Leverage data to provide key insights to stakeholders including openings, recruiting status and trends, time to fill and hire, and other relevant information
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years in clinical or dental/DSO recruiting
