Join Gateway Services Inc. as an Aftercare Consultant and be part of North America's leading pet aftercare provider. This role involves maintaining and developing existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed customer retention goals for the territory
Identify upsell opportunities with existing customers
Provide prompt and courteous service to clients
Develop deep relationships with current and prospective customers
Collaborate with Business Development Manager to increase market share

Qualifications

3 years of account management experience preferred
Post-secondary education in vet sciences, business, or sales/marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet skills
Comfortable working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Clean driver's record and own vehicle
