Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership
  • Lead HR related projects and deployments
  • Manage daily employee and labor relations
  • Partner with COE teams to implement KDP policy and ensure compliance
  • Track and report on open positions and manage internal transfers
  • Analyze data trends, formulate recommendations, and influence decision-making
  • Develop communication materials
  • Travel may be required to support multiple locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience with collective bargaining and labor relations
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced and matrix organization
