Responsibilities

Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership
Lead HR related projects and deployments
Manage daily employee and labor relations
Partner with COE teams to implement KDP policy and ensure compliance
Track and report on open positions and manage internal transfers
Analyze data trends, formulate recommendations, and influence decision-making
Develop communication materials
Travel may be required to support multiple locations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
4-6 years of progressive HR experience
Experience with collective bargaining and labor relations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced and matrix organization
