Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Project Administrator with 2-5 years of experience to manage project-related functions including change proposals, submittals, invoices, subcontractor payments, and compliance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Creating change proposals and change orders on Timberline and MS Office
  • Change order data entry
  • Reviewing, editing, and processing AIA bills
  • Communicating submittals and closeouts to project management team and clients
  • Creating and maintaining client accounts
  • Attending project kick-off and close-out meetings

Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments
  • Key competencies in communication, teamwork, initiative, and dependability
  • Experience with construction pay applications (G702/G703) advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and client services
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office, Timberline & Timberscan, and Procore
