Job Description

The Finance Coordinator will assist in managing financial processes, controls, and general accounting operations within a college environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the College's General Ledger, including reconciliations
  • Support external audit process and financial statement preparation
  • Supervise daily revenue receipts, cash reconciliation, and investment accounting
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Manage accounting process for food service provider and grants accounting

Qualifications

  • BA or BS in a Business-related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software
