Job Description
Williams Lea is hiring for a Client Relations Manager for our New York City office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Uses creativity to solve client communications challenges, resolve service delivery issues and improve department productivity.
Work closely with AM to ensure designs are branded properly and meet highest quality standards.*
Ability to sell new business streams within existing account.*
Provide strategic solutions to clients and the staff to obtain communications objectives and streamline process.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent is required. Graduate degree preferred. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in client or customer service environment
Proven financial skills (e.g., ability to read and interpret campaign, program and project budgets)
Understanding of studio workflow process, approval procedures, software and equipment
Proven customer service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
An accomplished presenter with polished presentation skills. Persuasive in marketing group capabilities and selling jobs to large customer groups, stakeholders and extended work teams. Mature and experienced to present to C-level contacts and stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials/documents
Strong and effective decision-making skills necessary to manage complex operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary, and must be proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
Diplomacy and negotiation skills essential.
