Job Description

Williams Lea is hiring for a Client Relations Manager for our New York City office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Uses creativity to solve client communications challenges, resolve service delivery issues and improve department productivity.
  • Work closely with AM to ensure designs are branded properly and meet highest quality standards.*
  • Ability to sell new business streams within existing account.*
  • Provide strategic solutions to clients and the staff to obtain communications objectives and streamline process.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent is required. Graduate degree preferred. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in client or customer service environment
  • Proven financial skills (e.g., ability to read and interpret campaign, program and project budgets)
  • Understanding of studio workflow process, approval procedures, software and equipment
  • Proven customer service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • An accomplished presenter with polished presentation skills. Persuasive in marketing group capabilities and selling jobs to large customer groups, stakeholders and extended work teams. Mature and experienced to present to C-level contacts and stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials/documents
  • Strong and effective decision-making skills necessary to manage complex operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary, and must be proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
  • Diplomacy and negotiation skills essential.
