Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze results of operations, report findings to management, and make recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate inventory counts in SAP
  • Maintain monthly cycle count program
  • Investigate root causes for inventory count discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory variance GL accounts
  • Document findings and hold hourly employees accountable for discrepancies
  • Work with Supervisors and Managers to rectify issues and make improvements
  • Report findings monthly to Warehouse Manager
  • Ensure Item Master is accurate and maintained
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management System
  • Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in purchasing and/or inventory control
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP
  • Problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
