Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and handle administrative tasks to ensure office operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain office files and databases for easy access.
  • Prepare and process documents and reports as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder when necessary.
  • Support accounting staff with data entry and invoicing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in office administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
