Job Description

The Temporary Administrative Assistant fulfills the mission of the Catholic school by providing general organizational support within the framework of the school?s philosophy, organization, and policies. The position supports the principal in administrative tasks and decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the philosophy of Catholic education and the school's mission
  • Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling Catholic teachings
  • Provides secretarial support to the principal
  • Assists in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintains accurate records and calendars
  • Communicates effectively with the school community

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of basic Catholic Church teachings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication skills
