Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager at GCG in Wellford, SC, you will oversee and optimize operations at our warehouse facility. You will lead a team, manage multiple departments, and drive operational improvements to ensure the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple departments
Provide direct supervision to warehouse personnel
Manage safety protocols and maintain documentation for an ISO-certified warehouse
Implement lean warehouse practices and 5S improvements
Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

Strong background in distribution or warehousing
Experience managing teams and driving operational improvements
Knowledge of quality management systems or ISO standards
Proficiency in basic computer skills
