Job Description

Join the Helena Dolphins Swim Team as an Assistant Coach to work with kids aged 5-18, helping them improve their swimming skills and reach their goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young swimmers and contribute to the team culture.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Instruct swimmers following HDST guidelines.
2. Build relationships with athletes and parents.
3. Engage, manage, and motivate athletes.
4. Maintain necessary records.
5. Attend staff meetings and trainings.
6. Follow all HDST policies and procedures.
7. Organize and maintain training equipment.
8. Attend swim meets as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Prior coaching or competitive swimming experience.
Coaches Safety Training certification.
CPR and First Aid certification.
USA Swimming coach certifications.
Background check.
