Job Description

Supervise day to day activities of the department, manage inventory, and ensure timely and safe movement of products in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

Supervise day to day activities of the department and assigned staff
Supervise associate performance through coaching and appraisal
Hire, train, and develop new and existing associates
Ensure accurate flow of inventory in and out of the distribution center
Lead associates towards attaining goals through guidance

Qualifications

High School Education or equivalent
Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable
1-3 years distribution warehouse experience
Basic understanding of business financial reports
