Join Norstella as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the dynamic Commercial Global organization. Be a strategic partner to the business, working on talent management, employee development, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide global strategic support to the Commercial Business Unit
Collaborate with business unit leaders on organizational strategies
Engage with finance on headcount and compensation
Identify training and coaching needs
Advise on succession planning
Manage change initiatives
Support talent review process
Implement global HR initiatives
Utilize data and analytics for solutions
Perform ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner
Experience supporting a sales organization
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of labor laws
Excellent communication skills
Leadership abilities
Flexible and adaptable
