Primary responsibility involves resolving Dealer concerns utilizing problem-solving techniques, diagnostic processes, call and ticket handling. Provide automotive technical diagnostic direction to Dealer Technicians. Utilize database for relevant automotive product/repair information. Perform follow-ups on existing tickets.
High School Graduate with ASE Certifications, 3+ years of automotive repair experience. Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair software, and basic PC knowledge.
