Job Description

Responsible for overseeing training programs, assessing effectiveness, providing feedback to management, ensuring training records integrity, and implementing best practices for plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Education & Training (E&T) Pillar structure
  • Provide leadership for standardizing plant-wide training processes
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing training materials and courses
  • Lead safety culture initiatives in training materials
  • Develop new training materials for equipment and processes
  • Maintain skills matrix for employees
  • Ensure training records accuracy
  • Collaborate with departments to align training with goals
  • Monitor and report performance metrics on training program
  • Improve training administration process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training or related field
  • 3+ years of training experience in manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in training analysis, design, development, and evaluation
  • Project Management Skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
